Event Details: Join us for a FLY Fire class in Tower Square! Flyfire high intensity interval class could easily be called one of the most efficient total body workouts you’ll ever do. Short burst, high intensity, calorie torching timed intervals including plyometrics, along with tools such as benches, body bars, and weights will ensure that your entire body is worked.
