In this session, we will explore how tools like the Eisenhower Matrix can help you prioritize tasks, engagements and opportunities, both personally and professionally. You will learn how to leverage and categorize time needs based on urgency, importance, decision-making and relevance. We will also discuss strategies for focusing on what truly matters for you and reaching your goals. By the end of this session, you will walk away with actionable insights to minimize distractions, increase engagement and reduce stress.

Teresa Perkins, Ed.D. EDSC Dept. Chair, Assistant Professor, Director M.Ed Leadership, Doane University Graduate Studies. Dr. Perkins earned her BS and Doctorate from University of Ne-Lincoln, and M.Ed. leadership from Doane University. Her current research focus includes creating equity-centered communities of belonging and hope (book publication coming: 2025). Teresa’s recent presentations include the National Summit for Courageous Conversations (2023 and 2024), in addition to national and state conferences in Colorado and Iowa.
