Hear from Sara Brown, owner of Rutabagas, and how she creatively made a niche in Lincoln’s food community by offering flavorful, plant-inspired comfort food that will make the most carnivorous Nebraskans sit up and take notice. Wake & Shake

We are bringing you an AM dance party that will take you, from the window to the wall….and down your apartment’s hall!!  And if you need a little more than just endorphins, we will hook you up with some smoothie recipes to get to endorFUNs. Bring your smoothie and get ready to shake your booty! Find your favorite silly straw or drink umbrella and make it a morning you will not forget with your favorite WAPs, that is, WIDE AWAKE PROFESSIONALS.
