(wiz-dom-i-tree) – noun, The scientific result of increased knowledge attributed to the sharing of wisdom between YP’s and seasoned YP’s.
 
While navigating the real world may not actually be quite as tough as our parents made it out to be, we can all recognize that it’s also a little more complex than we first thought. In fact, for most of us, finding equilibrium between our personal and professional lives can sometimes feel like a strange mixture of personal passions and trial-and-error. Fortunately, we can work together to make this a lot more fun and a little less daunting (like work).
 
Wisdometry
 
YPG Wisdometry is a mentor/mentee program designed to assist Young Professionals in the establishment of business and professional goals by pairing them with a more seasoned Young Professional. This interaction helps personal and professional growth across the entire YPG member base.
 
In order to take part in Wisdometry, both mentors and mentees must commit to a 12 month program, scheduled to begin in September 2010.
