Event Details: (networking hour from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.) Reshma Saujani is the founder and CEO of Girls Who Code and the former Deputy Public Advocate of New York City. As Executive Director of the Fund for Public Advocacy, Saujani brought together public and private sectors to encourage entrepreneurship and civic engagement across New York City. Advocating for a new model of female leadership focused on risk-taking, competition and mentorship, Saujani has partnered with Facebook, Twitter and Google to bring Girls Who Code to one million young women by 2020. Saujani is also the author of Women Who Don't Wait in Line.
